New Features (1/3/2024):
We are excited to introduce the following enhancements to the Payments Settings features:
- ACH Transaction Fees Responsibility:
- Landlords can now specify whether they or the tenants are responsible for covering ACH transaction fees. This flexibility allows for a more tailored approach to payment processing.
- Enable Partial Payments:
- Landlords now have the option to enable or disable partial payments. This feature provides tenants with the flexibility to make payments in partial amounts, offering greater convenience and accommodating various financial situations.
- Payment Prerequisite:
- Introducing a new setting that requires the settlement of all previous month’s invoices before tenants can initiate payments for the upcoming month. This ensures a streamlined and organized payment process.
Landlords can conveniently manage these settings during the Lease/Payments setup and on the Tenant detail page. These updates aim to provide greater control and customization in managing payments on our platform.
